How do I book a ride?

You can book a ride in the following ways:

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes, you can schedule a ride in advance by selecting your desired date and time on our booking page or mobile app. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.

What information do I need to provide when booking?
  • Pickup location & Drop-off location
  • Date and time of the ride
  • Number of passengers
  • Special requests (e.g., child seats, extra luggage)
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Digital wallets (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
  • Cash payments (available in select locations)
How can I get a fare estimate?

Use our Fare Calculator on the booking page to get an approximate cost for your ride. The final fare may vary based on traffic, distance, and other factors.

Are there additional fees?

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Waiting time beyond the grace period
  • Extra luggage or special requests
  • Tolls and parking fees (if applicable)
How will I know when my driver arrives?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification via email or SMS with your driver’s details. You will also receive a notification when your driver arrives at the pickup location.

Can I request a specific driver?

At the moment, we cannot guarantee specific driver requests, but we aim to assign the best available driver for your trip.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your booking via the confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Please check our cancellation policy for applicable fees.
  • Changes: Contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled ride to make changes to your booking.

What happens if my driver is late?

We strive to ensure punctuality. In rare cases of delays, you will be notified immediately, and we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, all our drivers are fully licensed, insured, and undergo thorough background checks to ensure your safety.

Do you offer child seats or accessible vehicles?

Yes, child seats and accessible vehicles are available upon request. Please mention your requirements during booking.

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?
  • Regular sanitization of vehicles
  • Drivers wear masks and follow hygiene protocols
  • Hand sanitizers are available in all vehicles.

What should I do if I left something in the taxi?

If you believe you’ve left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us immediately at email support@rgtaxi.com. Provide details about your trip and the lost item, and we’ll assist you in recovering it.

I’m having trouble accessing the website. What should I do?
